Pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 679/2016 (hereinafter also "GDPR"), as well as the national legislation in force on the subject, we hereby provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data collected by browsing our site.

  1. Object and purpose of the processing

The personal data you provide by browsing our site will be used by the Data Controller for the following purposes:

a) Receive information material, communications and newsletters to keep you updated on the projects, initiatives, events and above all the stories of the children and missions of the data controller, by collecting and processing personal and contact data. All the above communications will be sent by e-mail or paper mail or SMS or by phone call if the User has entered their telephone number;
b) respond to any requests for information made via email or through the appropriate form in the "Contact us", "Solidarity favours" section, by collecting and processing personal and contact data and any other information you provide in the message sent;
c) receive a donation by registering in the "Donate now" section, by collecting and processing personal data, contact details, credit card data (owner, number, CVC, expiry date) and bank details;
d) processing of payment and accounting data, by collecting and processing credit card data (holder, number, CVC, expiry date), bank details, date and time of the transaction and amount of payment;
e) send any report of the project / initiative / events that have been subsidised;
f) propose initiatives, services and products, studied and designed to measure, including through remarketing activities, through the collection and processing of data expressly provided by the user, donation behaviour and data relating to the user's navigation on the Flying Angels website.

  1. Data communication

Your data may be disclosed, for the purposes referred to in point 2 above, to the following recipients:

  • Companies or other third parties such as consultants, subjects who provide services for the management of the computer system, as well as the website itself, subjects who manage financial transactions through the website, who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, who will be appointed as Managers external data processing;
  • public entities, for the fulfilment of legal obligations, and to the judicial authorities, in the event of a formal request;
  • other subjects authorised to process by the Data Controller for the performance of the tasks and functions entrusted to them.

  1. Methods of data processing and storage time

Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller in accordance to the provisions of art. 5 GDPR and therefore in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, mainly on computerised support and by means of the following operations: collection, registration, organisation, structuring, conservation, consultation, use, extraction, comparison, interconnection, limitation, cancellation and data destruction.
As a rule, your personal data are not transferred to non-EU countries. Only the data necessary to receive a donation by registering in the "Donate now" section may be transferred to non-EU countries, in compliance with art. 45 of the Regulation and in particular on the basis of the decision of adequacy of the protection offered by the regime of the EU-US privacy shield (Privacy Shield). purposes indicated in point 2 letter. a) and b) and in any case for a period not exceeding 5 years.
In case of donation, your personal data will be kept for a period of 10 years from the last donation for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter c), d) and e); as well as for a period of 5 years from the last donation, for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter A). Once the periods set out above have elapsed, personal data will be anonymised and used only for statistical reports or otherwise deleted.

  1. Legal basis of the processing

The provision and processing of your personal data are spontaneous and optional and are configured as necessary for the establishment of the contractual relationship, for the eventual sending of the request and the receipt of a reply from the Data Controller, as well as for the receipt of information, communications and newsletters. In any case, failure to provide the data will preclude the Data Controller from carrying out the requested services.
The legal basis relating to the purpose referred to in point 2 letter a) consists of the consent of the interested party - in the event that the same has not yet made a donation - which can be revoked at any time (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) GDPR); or in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, in the event that it is a donor (Article 6, paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR), without prejudice to the right to present the right to object at any time. The legal basis relating to the processing of data for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter c), d) and e) is the execution of a contract, as well as the fulfilment of legal obligations (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) and c) GDPR). The legal basis relating to the treatments carried out for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter b), on the other hand, "consists of the execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested party or in any case in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the internal organisation to respond to the contact request (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) e and f) GDPR). Finally, the legal basis for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter f) consists of the consent of the interested party (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) GDPR).

  1. Rights of the interested party

In your capacity as an interested party in the processing of data, you are entitled to the rights referred to in Articles. 15 - 22 GDPR and precisely: access to your personal data, the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of processing, the right to oppose the processing, in addition to data portability. Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority pursuant to art. 77 GDPR.
